Please note that all bookings require the first night as a deposit.

7 days' notice is required on all cancellations of bookings (excluding dates listed below). Refund on deposits less $15.00 for Administration Costs. 30 days' notice is required on cancellation for Christmas, Easter, Long Weekends, Melbourne Cup and School Holidays. Refund on deposits less $15.00 Administration Expenses. For cancellations less than 30 days from booking date, no refund is available unless the accommodation can be rebooked to another client.
